Before You Call
Many answers are a click away. Pickup: wait for the text saying your order is ready, then bring the ID that matches the name on the order. Delivery: we cover all of Manhattan, usually in about two hours, and any minimum or fee shows in your cart before you pay. ID: everyone needs a valid, government-issued photo ID showing they’re 21 or older, including visitors from out of state. Products and stock: the live menu is tied to our shelves, so it’s always current. More in the FAQ.
